Available to employees 21 years of age or older who have been employed with the company at least one year and work at least 1,000 hours per year.

DIRECT DEPOSIT

By signing up for Direct Deposit, funds are automatically deposited into an employee’s account first thing payday morning.

VISA CHECK CARD

No bank account required. There’s no “qualifying” – everyone’s automatically approved. It’s NOT a credit card. It’s an employee paycheck – on a debit card. By signing up for the VISA check card program, employees are guaranteed that they’ll have money available to them first thing payday morning.

Employees can use it at banks or ATMs.
Employees can use it to buy gas, groceries, whatever they want.
Accepted wherever you see the VISA sign.

EMPLOYEE MEAL DISCOUNT

Employees working at properties that have restaurants which are operated by the company may purchase a meal at the rate of 50% off the regular price.

FLEXIBLE HOURS

Both full-time and part-time positions are available for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts.

HOLIDAY PAY

Employees are paid 1½ times their normal rate for all hours worked on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day  •  Labor Day  •  Memorial Day  •   Thanksgiving  •   Fourth of July   •  Christmas Day

Available to both full-time and part-time employees. Affordable insurance to protect employees and their families, to include:

JOB CERTIFICATION

Employees receive a bonus for becoming certified in their primary job within their first 30 days.
After completing their first certification, employees can also become certified in any number of positions at the property – and will also earn a bonus for doing so.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS

All new hires receive a performance evaluation after 90 days, followed by an annual review based on hire date. All other employees receive annual reviews.

SERVICE STAR AWARDS

Employees receive special recognition for outstanding performance through our Service Star Award Program. Employees can be nominated by their peers, management, or guests.

SUPERVISORY TRAINING

Those in lead positions, supervisory roles or who aspire to supervisory or management jobs may enroll in the company’s Level 1 Supervisory Certification Program.
Following successful completion of the Level 1 program, employees may then enroll in the Certified Hospitality Supervisor program, offered through the American Hotel and Lodging Association, offering worldwide recognition for their achievements.
Employees who have successfully completed either of these programs will earn a bonus for having done so.

VACATION PAY

After one year, employees are eligible for one week of vacation (or the average number of hours worked per week for the past 52 weeks).
After five years, employees are eligible for two weeks of vacation (or the average number of hours worked per week for the past 52 weeks).
