Lodging Enterprises, LLC (LE) is a unique hotel management and development company. Founded in 1984, Lodging Enterprises has grown to be America’s largest and highest quality provider of customized hotel lodging facilities. With over 30 hotels in 17 states, Lodging Enterprises has constructed and manages over 2,400 quality hotel rooms. Lodging Enterprises’ staff of nearly 1,000 hospitality professionals delivers updated, clean, high quality hotel rooms and food services to transportation employees and the general public. In its nearly one-quarter of a century in the hospitality business, Lodging Enterprises has come to be known for professional management services and as a highly stable and reliable company.

Lodging Enterprises has developed a unique “Oak Tree Inn” hotel lodging product with hundreds of special design features that produce a superior guest experience for all types of guests. Lodging Enterprises helps railroads improve safety by providing a superior rest environment for their engineers and conductors that includes extra-quiet and ultra-dark rooms for high quality rest at any hour. We also help the railroad achieve on time train performance by giving their employees rooms without waiting. Our team members analyze available data to determine the flow of incoming railroad guests, focus attention on cleaning rooms quickly and sell rooms that are not guaranteed or needed by the railroad to our commercial and public guests.

In 20 locations, the Oak Tree Inn is complimented by an adjacent Penny’s Diner. Penny’s provides hotel guests and the general public with a fast, fun, reasonably priced place to enjoy 50’s style dining. Each diner features a broad menu from breakfast to burgers to home-cooked dinners served in a 1950’s silver diner atmosphere.
